The orchestration of different moving parts, the “vision” that no one else quite sees until fully formed, the bit by bit, piece by piece creative process and most of all the energy and imagination that creates something vibrant and spirited. Copper & Kings is American Brandy is as rooted in American culture, particularly music and art, as it is in the craft of distilling fine spirits.

Our cocktails are named after songs, and after musical genres – Classics, Covers (where we swap brandy out for the typical brown spirit), Indie (our own inventions) to Jazz – if anyone wants to send us a cocktail they can.

Our signature event the MIXT&PE is variation on this theme. Two bartenders choose 2 recording albums, and take 2 songs from those albums and concoct cocktails based on the songs (and bands).
